How we work
We build stories from primary sources: Lewisham Council’s committee papers and planning register, police.uk crime data, Food Standards Agency ratings, The Gazette, and official alerts on roadworks and flooding. Each one is cited and linked. We name the neighbourhood, we quote figures as the source states them, and where a document does not answer the obvious question we say that rather than guessing at it.
