Cinderella runs 9 to 31 December at the Broadway Theatre, Catford, with Amelle Berrabah as Fairy Godmother. Every performance time, prices and the dark days.

This year’s Catford pantomime is Cinderella, running at the Broadway Theatre from Wednesday 9 December to Thursday 31 December 2026. It is on sale now, and the theatre has announced Amelle Berrabah, formerly of the Sugababes, as the Fairy Godmother, with Wayne Rollins returning as Buttons.

Every performance date and time

The run covers 20 dates, not 23. There is no performance on Friday 11 December, Friday 18 December or Christmas Day, and Boxing Day has a single show.

The show runs 140 minutes.

Read the first week carefully. The theatre lists school performances at 10am and 1pm on 9, 14, 15, 16 and 17 December, and at 10am on 10 December. Those are sold to school groups at £12.50 per pupil with teachers free, booked through the box office. If you want an ordinary family outing in that first week, the evening on 10 December and the weekend of 12 and 13 December are the clean options.

Prices

Tickets run £17.00 to £45.50, including a £1.95 booking fee. The run splits into two tiers:

  • Previews, 9 to 17 December, the cheaper half of the run
  • Gold performances, 19 to 31 December

Family of four tickets need at least two under-16s and are not sold on Christmas Eve:

Band B in the previews works out at £28.25 a head for a family of four, against £43.25 for Band A on a gold performance. If price is the deciding factor, the weekend of 12 and 13 December is the one to aim at.

Groups of 20 or more get £2 off each ticket, again not on Christmas Eve.

Access

There is a signed and relaxed performance on Wednesday 30 December at 5pm, booked separately through the theatre. The Broadway sets out its wider access arrangements on its accessibility page.

Getting there

The Broadway Theatre is on Rushey Green, Catford, SE6 4RU, a couple of minutes from Catford and Catford Bridge stations. Catford Bridge is the one for trains towards Lewisham, London Bridge and Charing Cross; Catford is on the Thameslink route through Denmark Hill. Driving to a matinee in the fortnight before Christmas is the harder option. Rushey Green is busy and Catford Broadway is pedestrianised. Who is behind it

The pantomime is produced with Enchanted Entertainment, the team behind the theatre’s production of The Little Mermaid, and follows Dick Whittington and His Catford Cat in 2025. The panto is the Broadway’s biggest fixture of the year, and the Christmas week dates are usually the first to go.
