Christmas Day at £74.95, £95 and £110, plus festive menus from £18.95: nine Lewisham borough pubs and restaurants with 2026 prices and booking rules.

For Christmas Day in Lewisham borough, the menus most people will find are at Babur on Brockley Rise (£74.95), Crofton Park Tavern on Brockley Road (£95) and the Lord Northbrook in Lee (£110 with a glass of English sparkling wine). For a festive meal earlier in December, two courses start at £18.95 at the Brockley Jack. Every entry was checked against the venue’s own site on 1 November 2026.

We have not eaten at any of these for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry gives the price on the venue’s own Christmas menu, what that includes, when it is served and what the venue says about booking, plus the Food Standards Agency (FSA) hygiene rating. Prices exclude service unless we say otherwise; several pubs here add an optional 12.5%.

Open on Christmas Day

1. Babur, Brockley Rise

Babur is the Indian restaurant at 119 Brockley Rise, between Honor Oak Park and Crofton Park. Its Christmas Day lunch page says the restaurant has “a fondness for Christmas meals that embrace tradition, though our approach remains decidedly Indian”.

The menu opens with a Christmas bourbon punch, then a starter platter of salmon dill tikka, spiced lamb neck and turkey sheek kebab (with a vegetarian platter too), and mains including an Old Delhi style turkey tikka butter masala, halibut curry, rump of lamb and a beetroot and goat cheese kofta. Dessert is a Kashmiri Christmas pudding or a quince and apple crumble.

The Christmas Day menu page carries no year, but the site was advertising its 8 November 2026 Diwali event on the same day we checked. On other December days the Christmas party menu runs from £29.95 for a two-course lunch.

How we chose

These are the places people search for when booking Christmas dinner in Lewisham borough, chosen on the public record rather than on taste: a Christmas menu with prices published on the venue’s own site, and the Food Standards Agency hygiene rating (every venue here is rated 3 or above, and seven of the nine are rated 5). We left out places we could not check on 1 November 2026: the Signal in Forest Hill has a Christmas 2026 page but no menu or prices on it yet; the Princess of Wales on Montpelier Row, Blackheath, lists a Christmas Day lunch on DesignMyNight but we could not find a menu or price; Le Querce’s website is showing a maintenance page; and Sparrow in Lewisham is listed as permanently closed. Prices are as published on 1 November 2026; Christmas menus often need a deposit and a pre-order, so check the terms when you book.
