    Transport for London has issued a temporary traffic order to facilitate road resurfacing works. The order prohibits southbound traffic on Lewisham High Street, restricts access to Longbridge Way, and prohibits stopping between Ladywell Road and Whitburn Road. The order is effective nightly from 9:00 PM to 06:00 AM between 30th October 2026 and 30th May 2027.     Transport for London intends to implement road closures, stopping prohibitions, and bus lane suspensions on Lewisham High Street to facilitate resurfacing works. The restrictions will be in effect nightly from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM between 30th October 2026 and 30th May 2027.
